Maintenance issues

Has it leaked in your flat? Do you need new kitchen units or a bath? Are your radiators in good condition? Is the drainage blocked and smelly? Are there any other issues regarding the maintenance of your flat?

We want to assist you in resolving these issues as together we stand a higher chance of succeeding.

We plan to make a collective complaint to the council and have a meeting on the 17th of October in the Clubroom on the second floor about pipes/leaks/decoration, drainage, refurbishment and other maintenance-related issues. Then we can find out, what we are entitled to and what can we expect from the council and put an action plan in place for resolving all the individual issues with deadlines for the next step.

To be able to help you, we need to hear about your issues by the 8th of October, so we can raise the case with the council and get them to come to the meeting.

We will only be dealing with enquiries that are coming by the 30th of September and your active participation is required.
