Energy Usage letter with traffic lights

Have you received letters about energy usage? Do you have questions about it? Are you worried about the coming April when they intend to increase your energy bill/service charge?

We are with you and would like to arrange a meeting on the 16th of November in the Clubroom with the council representative to explain to us those numbers and how the accuracy can be checked.

To be able to help you, we need to hear about your concerns by the 1st of November, so we can organise the meeting with the council.

The information we need from you is the following:

• What concerns you about the letter?

• What information about future charges is still not clear?

• What outcome would you like?
