Notice boards installed in the lifts. First resident notices on display
Fitness for All - notices displayed, Trellick residents and residents from local area can register their interest via QR code. Trial run to assess interest
Clubroom - Documents needed to start procurement ready. Keith on the evaluation panel. Best? Cheapest?
Foyer - Queens still under the contract with RBKC. Costing estimate includes unnecessary items. Negotiations in progress. Keith to get the update on the 10th of September.
Communications - Mary reported “work in progress”, ready to go by the 17th of September.
Electrical costs - Mary and Lola to ascertain residents interest and arrange a meeting with council officers and the TTRA committee to get clear information.
Kitchens and bathrooms - survey of all flats to be carried out by United Living shortly (no timescale so far). Dijon Edward RBKC project manager
Develop Trellick - the process will continue. Pablo Sendra helping with obtaining funding from EU Horizon programme. Iago Griffiths responsible for preparing necessary documentation
Large bins emitting unpleasant smell. How often are they cleaned? Keith to find out
Bicycle hangar - No result of RBKC survey re location of the hangar shared with TTRA. How was the decision taken and on what grounds? Current siting not acceptable.
Increasing problems with delivery drivers challenging concierge about having to remove helmets prior to entering the building. Need to firm up security rules
