Discussion on the following aspects
Slightly corporate language i.e. “What are our ambitions”, “Protocols”. Needs rewording. All committee members are to read through and comment.
What is our purpose in collecting residents’ personal data? This needs to be made clear. Who will manage the data? This needs more attention as it could be controversial. Caution!
Is there a need for a secure area to which only residents who subscribe have access? Mary will find out what is needed for residents to subscribe and unsubscribe.
Request for removal of Committee members’ personal data from the website ( flat number and phone number). Some objections to including photos.
As notes from the meetings are made public suggestions are made that confidential items should be excluded.
The contact page is incomplete
There is a link to another Trellick website. Do we need both? How do we proceed?
Develop Trellick should stand alone.
Silvera to send a list of points he raised at the meeting to Mary.
Clubroom
Silvera pursued the procurement issue for the clubroom. It needs to go through the new regulatory process. Regulations and financial side need to be checked by RBKC.
Foyer
The next step after removing the false ceiling is to remove all the cabling (already cut off) and all the fixtures still in situ. No timescale was given.
There is a possibility of changing the contractors. This will mean the new competitive tendering process will have to start again.
AOB
Request to make TTRA Constitution available to all committee members
Trellick Foundation is in the process of setting up. Request for information on who are the trustees and how to add new ones
Feedback from the workshop “How to Run a Successful Residents’ Association” will be posted on TTRAC WhatsApp
Abseiling taking place on the service tower and northwest side of Trellick without residents being informed.
The netting installed on balconies by Wates is breaking. It has been suggested by RBKC operatives that because it is not compliant with the regulations it cannot be fixed.
The screen in the ground floor lobby flicks the information too fast and needs to be slowed down.
