Meet Your Neighbourhood Management Team Coordinator: Alex Green

Join us at Trellick Tower on October 23rd, 2024, for an opportunity to meet Alex Green, the Neighbourhood Management Team Coordinator, who will be on-site to assist residents with a range of tenancy and community issues.

Alex’s responsibilities include:

• Investigating and resolving Anti-Social Behaviour.

• Providing advice on move-on options and mutual exchanges.

• Addressing tenancy-related enquiries, including assignments and successions.

• Offering support for vulnerable residents.

• Coordinating multiagency work to ensure comprehensive assistance for tenants.

• Leading Ledly Estate Inspections to maintain safety and well-being.

In light of recent incidents in the area, we understand that some residents may be feeling anxious or distressed. Alex and the team are working closely with the Police to manage anti-social behaviour and minimise the impact on our community. If you have any concerns, please stop by the Neighbourhood Surgery or reach out to your Neighbourhood Services Coordinator.
